I love this store, it is plentiful with quality items. I'm not pleased with my trip today. I went in for the ad: free riverside turkey up to 12 lbs. When you purchase a spiral sliced HEB ham, didn't notice till I got home that the turkey only credited me 8 dollars. I purchased a 12.5 lb @ 1.48 Riverside turkey. Explained my situation to the service attendant who relayed the message to her supervisor and just gave me the credit and sent me on my way. No apologies, no compensation for my time nor gas considering I choose this store over the closer one, nothing. I couldn't be more frustrated with this day other than ranting about it here. I wonder how many people are getting the short end of this deal too! Very Disappointing!!!

While admittedly this is not the usual, neighborhood H-E-B that I frequent, it is an amazing place to shop when I am in the area. This location is a far larger grocery store, but so is the shopping center district that it is located in. Whichever location you frequent to obtain you and your family's H-E-B goods, the quality of their products and the service from their staff are simply undeniable. God bless and good journey!

Managers should pay more attention to Meat Market employees, they do not treat customers properly and there is always missing meat on the shelf, they always have a negative attitude towards customers. Today I asked for a meat that was out of stock (it is not the first time this happens) and they told me that it would be ready in approximately 30 minutes, I accepted while I found other items, at the end of my purchase I returned and the meat was never ready. They should have better customer service and have the meat rack assorted.

Didn't have a good experience today. I waited 10 minutes at the seafood department and was ignored. No one acknowledged me. I eventually was able to speaknto the seafood department manager who assisted me. Let's do better!

I am writing to report a serious health and hygiene issue that I observed at your establishment on Saturday, October 04, 2025, at approximately 1:45 pm. I was in the restroom when an employee, wearing a red t-shirt and khaki pants, exited a stall and left the restroom without washing her hands. Immediately afterward, this employee went on to the Bakery area. I approached her and asked, why didn’t you wash your hands when exiting the restroom, she stated that the bakery employees don’t wash their hands in the restrooms, they only wash their hands in the bakery area, where there’s paper towels, due to the restrooms only having dryers. And when speaking with one of the managers, she was very nonchalant, like I don’t care. This is a significant health concern, particularly in your bakery environment where the spread of germs is a serious issue. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this kind of oversight has serious implications for food safety and public health. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and take steps to ensure all employees are following proper hygiene protocols. I have been a regular visitor for some time, and this experience has been very disappointing. I will not be returning; I’m in the process of letting any and everyone I know of these bad behaviors and serious health and hygiene issues at the Vintage HEB (10919 Louetta Rd, Houston, TX 77070). I'm expecting feedback of the outcome of this matter please!
