  While I’ve been going to this HEB pharmacy for many, many years, yesterday’s experience was awful. It was in particular to the pharmacist there around 4 p.m. giving flu shots on 10/3/25. I am a retired RN and I’ve been getting flu shots for over 30 years. I have NEVER, EVER bruised from a flu shot. It was a terrible injection. I am assuming it was the pharmacist giving them. So either she needs to go back and learn how to give injections, or not give them to the public. Also, she was dressed so unprofessional that I was taken aback. She was frumpy and was wearing what looked like sweatpants and a sweatshirt and looked nothing like a professional. Even scrubs would have been better than how she looked. I know she’s behind the counter filling RX’s most of the time, but she does occasionally have to deal with the general public. She needs to learn not only how to give injections better, but she needs remedial “how to dress professionally “ lessons also. I will never get another injection there if she is working.

  Found my items neatly and the store was well organized. At checkout, was processed with Mithri and bagged by Cas. Mithri was a pleasure and had a great demeanor, a bright expression. I didn’t use a cart, just my reusable bags and Cas bagged my items in categories like I’d initially had them. I usually don’t worry about how others bag my items, but Cas put my produce together in one and frozen product in another, I appreciated it. A good experience here. I like this HEB normally anyways, but extra good today.

  So I came to this H-E-B that I usually go to. I was in a hurry, in gym, shorts, an crocs so I grab all my things that I needed here I Go to pay at a register. Didn’t want no bags so everything was in the buggy . Paid and everything Right when I hit the door. My buggy locks up. I was so confused Basically, Katia the lady that works with the stealing situation an she’s accusing me of stealing when I paid at the cash register receipt in the buggy made me feel so embarrassed an humiliated his never happened to me before in front of so many people definitely traumatized because of the incident, I recommend you not to come to this H-E-B. Not professional at all. Alex, the manager, was no help as well. He was all in it as well with the lady that locked up the buggy. She didn’t even want to speak with me. She just goes an unlocked the buggy once I showed my receipt. Never felt so embarrassed and humiliated in my life Definitely racist profile me. Just because I’m Latino and the way I was dressed I wish this will never happen to anybody.

  No warning label that the peppercorn medley may contains nuts. Green white and black peppercorn is all the same plant but pink peppercorn isn't a thing and refers to either Schinus terebinthifolius OR Schinus molle WHICH IS CLOSELY RELATED TO CASHEWS AND SETS OFF NUTT ALLERGIES. The name "peppercorn" is a misnomer, as they are not related to the Piper genus that produces true peppercorns (black, white, green, and red). Pink peppercorn isn't a plant it refers to several completely different plants.
