- UAUss awesomeSep 16, 20251.0Bought some tamales a few days back they where horrible. They where not like the past tamales I've got from HEB the went from a 12 count down to a 6 count and they just didn't taste as good. HEB needs to go back to the original tamales they sold.

Jerry V one of the floor guys was incredibly helpful when I asked him what meats he preferred and Shelby one of the cashiers has such a sunny disposition I couldn't help but leave with a smile!

H-E-B sources fresh and frozen meats, including Beef, Lamb, Bison, Pork, and Poultry, from meat processors across the USA; however, a large majority of our products are sourced from Texas suppliers/ranchers/farmers. A very small amount of product is sourced from Canada and Mexico, and will be labeled on each package with the correct country of origin.
