After a poor experience with the pharmacy and not hearing from the pharmacy manager I reached out to the store in order to speak to the female manager since the issue I had was with a male employee raising his voice and getting upset because I prepaid on the app. After a man answers the phone and I ask to speak with the manager he obfuscates and and asks how he can help- multiple times I ask for the manager and he says he is the only person available. Franklin was utterly unhelpful and while he said the female manager would call me today that has not happened.

Shrinkflation is real, and HEB is robbing you. I used to love HEB, and I do still think the staff is friendly. In this spend more, and save less environment I'm tired of prices going up while size and quality go down. On my most recent visit i noticed the store baked Kolaches are much smaller than even two weeks ago, and my cart shown was about $75 with coupons. This easily would have been $35-$55 just 3 yeas ago. I know supplies increases and such should be higher, but when all the baked items and such also are way more expensive, I know the tortilla people dont get 50 percent more pay for 50% increases in price from a few years ago. I am only glad that this and other HEB stores do employ a lot of staff and create jobs. I wish I saw less Astro HEB ads on TV so I can pay less in the store. You dont need the marketing you already won Texas. Just a bit of a rant enjoy your day.

Always a great experience coming here. The meat butchers especially have exceptional service. I want to give a shout out to Edgar for offering me a fresh cut boneless ribeye without asking! Steak came out amazing!

I had a really bad experience with the cart pusher Oscar who when I asked if he could help load my car he simply yelled no it’s not his responsibility walked away ignoring me and putting his headphones in i really hope something is done about this

Great selection of items. Prices are much better than Kroger. Always clean, staff very helpful.
