  This was my first visit to HEB, though I already knew their generosity in giving to and sponsoring so many local events and organizations, as well as, towards those who are in need. I have never had so much fun in a grocery store! Walking in and seeing happy Diwali and dia de las meurtas! Loved the way the store is laid out. I treated myself to many things and still felt like I paid less than usual. All the way down to the placement of where you can put your cart in the lot, gosh, what a wonderful organization! Such kind and friendly people who work there too. Go HEB!

  Nice to shop there except they are not concerned with shoppers that hurt themselves in their store. Last weekend my wife fell and was down over something on the floor. They took her info but not even an apology or concern when its their responsibility to maintain a store safe for consumers to shop in. I guess HEB doesn't always care for its customers.

  While on my travel assignment to the Melissa area. I stopped into HEB to see what the talk is all about, since I am from Georgia and was recommended to me by people in my state. To stay fit and healthy, you must shop for the freshest and hope you know what you’re looking for. However, in my situation- I had someone questions and needed help with some recipe suggestions to change things up. Ms. Jeanette was very pleasant and helpful, she showed me what her favorite was and how told me her favorite recipe to go with some of them. I took her word and was amazed. I will forever visit this location and will look for her or ask when she’s back to help me! Melissa HEB, you’re lucky to have someone as knowledgeable as Ms. Jeanette!!

  I do most of my shopping at H-E-B and I know I can always trust the produce to be fresh and affordable. Jeanette is always happy to help me find what I need. She tells me about the best deals they have going on in the department. It's so nice to see a department working hard and as a team to keep Produce looking impeccable. Great job to Jeanette and her team.

  Never thought I’d be writing a negative review for a grocery store but here we are. I’ve been shopping at this location (and in McKinney prior) since this location opened months ago. There are some positives of shopping here…large selection, cleanliness and items are typically well stocked. However, as of today I have had one too many rude interactions with employees at this location, many of them act like they truly hate their jobs. I have to wonder how HEB treats their employees with such an overall poor attitude of the staff after many weekly visits to this store. Normally I overlook it, but today was the worst I have ever encountered in a grocery store and I am sincerely considering shopping elsewhere. HEB why are your staff at this location so miserable and appear to resent any customer interaction? Although I do see a few staff members making an effort, there is a lot of room for improvement in regard to customer service at this location.
