- ECElizabeth Castro4 days ago1.0My husband came home to surprise me with a bouquet and sadly it was dead. The roses were a little rough, the hydrangeas and spray roses were dead. The only live things were the greenery. Just completely sad how the team obviously don’t check the quality of their fresh cuts especially the ones that they personally make to sell. My husband said he was lost on what to get and verbally said it out loud. None of the 3 people working offered to help. Such lack of customer service. 0 stars if I could.

We had ordered a filling and that was left out on the remake so we did not find that out till we cut the cake! Please make sure you check your slip that it is filled out correctly because even though I went up there and spoke to the person directly about what I wanted they filled out the order slip wrong. I did call up there and all I was offered was an apology and they will do better next time. I paid for a cake that was not what I ordered. Very disappointing.
