I don't know what happened to H-E-B. It used to be such a great store. Now all of the employees are listless, lazy , tuned out and generally useless. Every time I go through the self check out there's an issue every single time. You have to wait for somebody to get off of their phone with their friend to help you out. Today I asked the store manager for help. She couldn't even help. H-E-B get it together. It looks like I'm gonna be forced to shop on Amazon fresh. What a drag.

Love this place, but I had to deduct a star bc they do not make the cinnamon oatmeal that the other stores make. It's delicious Also they can't seem to manage their inventory of 'Slap Ya Mama' "HOT Blend" It's never in stock. I have to go to @Kroger for one and the HEB at 11815 Westheimer for the store made oatmeal

We went on last Sunday Oct 12th at about 1:00 pm. The lady at the bakery was super sweet she volunteered her time and helped us make a choice then decorated our cake to perfection. Now the lady at the floral department seemed bothered by our presence she was to busy to help us and would just point and kept saying how much everything cost as if though we didn't have the money to purchase. Thank God for the man that came out to help us. 5 stars for the bakery department.

H-E-B is slipping. Mispriced product resulting in frequent overcharges. Lot of common items are out of stock. Managers never say, “I’m sorry” when an HEB error costs you time and money. And the prices are higher than Kroger overall. I rarely shop here anymore unless there’s a sale item worth a special trip, and even then there’s a good chance it will be out of stock.

I absolutely love H-E-B for the quality items and their prices! This location is great because they also offer lots of delicious samples! However, some of the management and only some of the staff members are not very kind and helpful. I’ve learned to avoid the rude Customer Service by just using the H-E-B app or taking the extra time to find items I need.
