Absolute worst experience - they stole my money and do terrible work
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They only accept cash (red flag #1) so they can keep your deposit when things go wrong. The work quality is embarrassingly bad - I can’t believe they’re still in business.
Here’s what happened: They took my deposit, then refused to take responsibility or issue any refund. When I tried to resolve this professionally, they were dismissive and threatening.
The financial side is a complete mess - Olivia Guerrero “lost” my receipt and tried to claim I never paid. How does a business lose payment records? It feels like they’re running some kind of scam operation. She also has Dementia but won’t admit it, it’s sad to see.
Mark Guerrero runs this operation and clearly doesn’t care about customer service or quality work. I’ve dealt with difficult contractors before, but this was something else entirely. They seem to prey on people who need work done, take advantage of the cash-only policy, and then leave you with no recourse when they mess up.
Save yourself the headache and money. There are plenty of legitimate, professional companies out there who stand behind their work and treat customers with basic respect. This isn’t one of them.
UPDATE: Still fighting to get my deposit back months later. They’re now ignoring my calls completely.

Came to clean my apartment carpets before we moved out. They were reasonably priced (we’re pretty far out of Austin) and they were very professional. Mark was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend hiring them for your carpet cleaning needs!
Although the expense of clean I ng oriental rugs seems steep, the quality cannot be overlooked. We soon forget the price and long remember the quality. Just saying...
I had them come in to provide me with an estimate to repair a corner of my carpet as well as clean the carpet once the repair was done. Mark seems very knowledgeable. We set the appointment for the following Friday at 9 AM, I explained I had a meeting set for 1:30 and would need to be done before this time. He called the office and confirmed the appointment and the availability of the crew and equipment. It is now noon and they are a no show. Mark did call this morning at 9:30 to say the crew had another job but would be here shortly. I phoned his office only to be told they are still on the other job and that the dispatcher thought the job was to start at 1PM? I have had to camel my meeting and still have no idea when they will show up because the dispatcher did not know where they were at?
I hope they do good work or I will have wasted a day of my life and screwed up the schedule of several business associates for nothing. At this point I would not recommend them as they seem to value their time more than they do their customers. Why set an appointment a week in advance if I'm the only one sticking to it?
Follow up, once the crew arrived they were friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job, even taking pet stains out that other cleaning services have not been able to in the past, my carpet is off white so you can really see the slightest stain. I would recommend their work and hope the scheduling issue was not the norm. If they would have been on time I would have easily given them 5 stars.
