  First time going to Gyro Shack. We asked the girl if they could make a mediterranean salad and she said NO. Ordered a Philly Gyro instead and a large soup. Got a small container of soup. The Gyro had a lot of meat and little veggies. The amount paid for this was a little high. Wont go back

  I have been here a few times, it just gets worse. The lady at lunch always has a nasty look on her face and always seems bothered that customers are there. Food is hit or miss really, fries are almost always soggy. I hear there is another location, may give it a try with hopes the experience is a little better.

  I stopped by last week and got a deluxe gyro combo. The woman who took my order said she was new and struggled a bit thru the order. I waited a little longer than I wanted but my food was made fresh and the order was correct which is an improvement since my last visit. At the window Madine made sure I had everything I needed and asked me to return. Glad things seem to be turning around over there!

  If I could give negative stars I would. The gyros we cold, no feta, no flavor, very little sauce. small portions. We waited in the drive thru for for a pretty long time. No one else was was in line. The drive thru employee looked like he had not wadhed his hair in a week. For the price, I will drive further down Broadway for an amazing gyros that include a greek salad! A complete waste of money!

  The quality of the gyro meat was good. They're really bad at customization of an order. I ordered a gyro no onion with sauce on the side. I received a gyro with extra onion and no sauce. I'm allergic to onions and this made the meal inedible. Today was the second time this has happened at this location. The last time I ordered a med salad with no onions, falafel and gyro meat. The salad had onions and no gyro meat. Too bad, the one bite I had before getting violently ill tasted like it was good gyro meat. It is frustrating to spend money on inedible food. If not more careful in the future this kind of neglect might earn the location a lawsuit. Should probably address the issue before that happens.
