  GVEC’s team, led by Wes, was absolutely amazing! They troubleshot my solar panels, isolated the fault and repaired it with minimal cost and disruption to my system. Their professionalism, efficiency and courtesy sets the standard for the industry!

  Wesley and the install team were great however after the panels were installed they told me it would be 7 days until it would be operational because a county inspector has to come out to inspect it. It has now been 18 days. I called customer service today because no one has reached out to share an update. They told me it would be another 7-10 days. How disappointing that this solar system will be sitting on my roof for 30 days doing nothing. Not producing energy and not reducing my energy bill. It seems to me that someone has dropped the ball and they aren’t being transparent. Very disappointed.
