  Gutter Guys NW never showed up to install our gutters. We were scheduled to have gutters installed on a Tuesday afternoon and no one ever showed up, nor did we receive a call as to why and to try to reschedule. We called them twice as it got later and later in the day and were told both times that they would have dispatch/scheduling return our call. We never heard from them. This continued for three days until we went with a different company. Every time we called, we got the same response, "we'll have dispatch/scheduling call you." No one ever called us back and the people in the office were never able to tell us why we were just blown off. All we ever got was "I'm sorry, I don't know what's going on." On the final day I asked to speak with a supervisor or management and of course there wasn't one available at that time. SO unprofessional! I absolutely do NOT recommend Gutter Guys NW. The only reason I gave even one star is because you have to put at least one in order to complete the review.

  I’ve called them several times for a estimate. They say someone will be calling me back. Never happened. Losers

  I called Gutter Guys to get an estimate on just 28' of gutter to be hung, no downspout, no paint, just hung. I had to call them back two more times in two weeks bugging them about the estimate, they answered the phone but said that they would contact me. Never did. Now the fourth week still nothing. I chose to go with the competition that gave me a quote over the phone right there as well as they were only a week out. I guess the small jobs isn't what they want to do. Just tell me if you don't want to do the job.

  A great place to chow on some perfectly smoked meats and enjoy delicious sides.
