  On February 22nd 2025 a service technician came to my home to do regular maintenance on my generator and the young man made some type of mistake and the generator when run that falling weekend. It normally runs a test every Saturday at 11:00 well by it didn't come on. I called them and they told me it was going to be a service charge to come to my house cuz it was the weekend. But if the way I look at it, if you make a mistake you fix your problem. Not study. Trying to pull money from your customers and that's what happened in my case. They send Houston plumbing out here to look at things and they said it was a kink in the line running from the gas to the generator. Well iden put that line on the generator. I didn't put the generator up at my house so they want me to pay the $240. Then if I needed the kink taking out of the line that would be up to $350. I called Kohler generator and told them what was going on. They asked me to go on the inside of it and had me to push some buttons and check a few things and the generator is working fine but the tone of voice from the young man I spoken with at guthrich. He told me and these words I would believe my employee over you anyday and I mentioned that to the Kohler generator company and they wasn't pleased the way that was stated to me but I'm going to pay them that balance but they going to lose more way more than what I'm paying them and I will not use their business not never never again

  Called this AM with well pump electrical issue. Showed up shortly and fixed it immediately. That type of service can’t be beat !
