  The building was beautiful! The location is just a stones throw from some great entertainment and restaurants. My kitchen sink leaked a few times, but maintenance was quick to resolve the issue. I appreciate the responsiveness and understanding from management—Highly recommend!

  6 months of living here so far, very professional and responsive building management. Common areas are kept clean and tidy. Very respectful community of tenants

  I loved living at the Gurley Lofts! The location is perfect and surrounded by bike trail, bars, and restaurants. The walls are thick so you can’t hear a peep from your neighbors. The windows are stunning and provide so much natural light you’ll hardly ever flip a light switch! While I was a tenant, a new company took over management of the property. Mike and Nancy led the new management team were absolutely lovely to work with. The few times an issue did arise, Mike and Nancy were prompt and went above and beyond to make things right. The maintenance lead, Greg P., is hands down the BEST maintenance man a person could ask for. He truly cares so much about the tenants and did everything possible to ensure we were happy. If it wasn’t for the fact I was moving states, I would have never rented anywhere else! If you’re looking for somewhere to live in the North Loop, I highly recommend you live in the Gurley Lofts!

  Another sweet old building nicely renovated. I never pass up an opportunity to check out a space like this.
