She also said they really did not show her how the new thermostat works. Mainly do to language barrier.

He found an issue while preforming our regular maintenance (which is done 2x per year) and was able to take care of it during this visit. Our maintenance is covered under our plan, and we received 50% off the regular price of the part.

From Dave’s professional consultation regarding the type of system suitable to my home, forthcoming manner, detailed printed estimate, and depth of knowledge in answering my many questions to the exacting and immaculate work of installers Jesse and Garrett, who went above and beyond in every respect, this team exceeded my expectations and then some. Dave even arranged for my new system to be installed within a couple of days and was immediately available by phone and text before, during, and after installation. I couldn’t be more pleased with my new Lennox system. Gulf Shore Cooling sets a very high bar for excellence!

We scheduled an appointment with GulfShore Sales and had a wonderful experience with Paul Smith. A text with a picture of Paul was sent and brief bio; how smart Gulf Shore!!!! Gulf Shore Cooling does this with every appointment!! Paul is very friendly, not pushy because he doesn't have to be. Gulf Shore doesn't sell inferior products, 5 star reviews, and Paul himself raved about the owners. Paul was EXTREMELY helpful with the financing, he was very thorough in explaining each plan.Paul was very knowledgeable of the cooling systems, we felt very comfortable in choosing the unit Paul suggested because Paul provided a wealth of good information. We were delighted!! FIVE STARS FOR PAUL!!!! Finally the service - Graig Belt and Alejandro Tavarez ,WOW what a team!!! These guys were punctual and the minute they got out of the truck they were organizing their day; Alejandro had all he needed on the roof, Both Craig and Alejandro put down the floor protection finally Craig had all he needed in the house and both started their work not stopping and in record time- 3 hrs later the installation was complete and left the area super clean!!!! Both Craig and Alejandro are friendly, professional, and we enjoyed having them in our home!!! WE WERE BLOWN AWAY BY THEIR SERVICE!!!!
- JSjk sprint1Oct 22, 20255.0After multiple attempts to resolve my new Lenox AC issue I gave up on Conditioned Air the original installer of my AC. I gave them multiple chances to resolve the issue at which point I had to fire them. I always kept a good relationship with Gulf Shore Cooling even after my purchase. I found out the hard way. Dont buy on the lowest price (like I did with Conditioned Air) In the end you want a reputable company that can do repairs. I Highly recommend Dave Beers at Gulf Shore Cooling. He was right when he told me Gulf Shore Cooling has the best HVAC Tech in the Fort Myers Naples area. And he was right. Very professional organization you may pay a fraction more but in the end when you need service they are the best!
