  This morning I came in with a project and I needed help from one of your color experts in the paint department. Thankfully Tony was so incredible helpful and so kind and patient too. He helped me find possible matches for a ton of colors that have faded and we are trying to match as closely as possible. He knows that store like the back of his hand. He is truly an asset to the team and my husband and I look forward to working with him again in the future.

  Recently, this past Saturday, I went in looking for Art supplies. It was my first time there and I was pleasantly surprised at the vast selection of art supplies they have. I was able to get what I needed. However, while wandering the store I happened to overhear a conversation between, what I assume was the big boss and an employee, this man starts BERATING his associates over a their lack of name tags then proceeds to rudely suggest FIRING all of the employees. Over them not having a name tag. I was appalled. It's 2025. There is no reason for a member of upper management to be treating his employees in such a manner. Especially in the public establishment they work in. Super unprofessional. I will not be returning. EVER. A shame as the prices and product variety was excellent. NO ONE deserves to be treated in such a manner.

  waited 30 minutes to get a posca marker unlocked and the man in the art dept. helped three people who were not in line waiting before me.
