Excellent care, friendly Staff. Not inexpensive due to basic fee plus additional charges for a multiple list of additional fees. Total bill can be startling, so be prepared for an unpleasant surprise. Bring your check book!!!!

They always work to give us a reservation when we need it. They’ve kept my dogs extra days when we couldn’t make it home. The way I know it’s a great place is how excited my dogs get when we get close and they realize where we’re going!

Was great until it wasn't. My dog has been going to doggy daycare here for about 5 months now. I have gotten nothing but praise and positive feedback about him until today. I was told that he was biting staff and biting at the other dogs necks. The first person that called said my dog nipped at staff but didn't break skin and everyone was ok. She personally wasn't present but just relaying a message and said my dog probably couldn't return to daycare. The person that reported my dog was at lunch and I requested to speak to her directly and she changed the story and said my dog broke skin when he bit staff and was too aggressive with the other dogs. She said it was an ongoing problem that was getting worse. I asked why I had never been made aware of this until today. They had no explanation for that. I socialize my dog often since I have gotten him, and have had a personal trainer for him. I take him out in public alot and socialize him at my apartment dogpark almost daily. He does not ever show signs of aggression unless he is provoked which only leads me to believe maybe the staff was a little too rough with him. Which is just speculation on my part just knowing my dog. The staff didn't really convince me that my dog was so aggressive to justify not letting him return. Its frustrating that they were unwilling to give him another chance.

We appreciate that some dogs would rather play with people than with the “pack.” Our personal play program includes one-on-one playtime with a staff member so your pup can have tons of fun doing whatever they like most. If your pup seems to prefer playing with the staff, we have a personal play program just for dogs like him/her.
