  Absolutely abysmal customer service… Never been treated with the utmost disrespect as a paying customer. The owner was incredibly rude.

  Saddened, displeased, & disappointed. I have a disabled adult daughter whose favorite items are toys. On a trip with her day program a few weeks ago, she noticed an item she asked me if we could return so she could buy. When we returned, the item was gone. To assuage her immediate frantic worry, I googled the name on the empty display box, found Growing Tree Toys, "added to cart," & showed her the purchase proof screen with the image. She was relieved & we carried on. Mind you, shipping I was charged was nearly $13 for a $4 toy. I didn't bat an eye because she was reassured. In the mail arrived just one of the four that come in one display box, & it was not the one she wanted (which I wasn't worried abt because I thought all four were arriving together in their box because to take one out is to separate the box contents). Upon emailing this situation to the company, there was no help offered. In fact, the only response was to highlight that they stipulate on their website that a random item will be grabbed from the box itself & only one will arrive. Since I was in the mall when I ordered on my phone, & keeping my daughter from melting down, I did not see that small print at all. I have explained the situation to Growing Tree Toys, & their compassion is nonexistent. I now I have a singular, useless inexpensive toy. Thankfully, I am on my computer now, & I found the brand name of the toy & have ordered the item from them. I wish I'd been able to take a minute in the store & start with them. I would not have encountered Growing Tree Toys, which I will never patron again.

  I haven't been into the physical store, but I just received my second online order today, and I am thrilled with my interactions! I found the store searching for a better price on something I wanted on Amazon, and Growing Tree beat them big time on that item. The first order went so well, I decided to check out their website for Christmas shopping, and WOW! I'm so excited to gift all the things I found! Everything I ordered is so cute, and the type of toys that I actually WANT to give! Now, let me talk about customer service. They pack the items really well, and right away. They get the order out as quickly as humanly possible! (Then--fortunately--USPS did the thing, too.) The order got here extremely quickly. It's crazy impressive! Yes, you're going to pay more here vs. like Meijer or Walmart, but the toys are high quality, beautiful, unique, and of a higher standard overall than the "big box" stores. These are items that kids will want to pass down to their own kids some day, because they're just that special. THANK YOU, Growing Tree Toys! <3

  I was shopping for a toddler gift and asked for a suggestion. It was a hit with the toddler and her parents!
