  I had an outstanding experience that began with the estimate, and ended with the owner, Owo, spending two days working on my tile grout. I was impressed with his processes and the products too. First he sprays a specially formulated cleaner on the tile, runs a buffer to clean the tile and grout, then rinses and vacuums the excess. I thought that my tile grout only needed to be sealed, but thanks to his expertise, Owo identified many areas where my tile installer did a poor job with filling the grout lines. So, instead of just sealing the existing grout lines as others might do, he carefully removed the areas with brittle grout (I was actually surprised that it was so brittle-it was no longer even "protecting" the tile) and after another cleaning he applied new grout, and once dry, was then able to color seal everything. He is not in a rush and he works very hard to gently move furniture and rugs as needed. He follows his process for every room until your tile and grout look as good as the day they were brand new. He even replaced a broken floor tile (I had spares). I was very, very, very pleased with the results! Do yourself a favor and if you get estimates from others, please call the Groutsmith East Valley, and let Owo show you what he can do for you. I am so glad that I did that! I highly recommend Groutsmith East Valley!

  I couldn't be happier with the end result after cleaning and repairing the grout on my tile floors. Very professional. Before the grout was so dirty it was black. After it looks like I had a new floor installed!
