  This Company was able to provide documentation to support HOA approval for the installation of an ageed upon greenscape design. The owner along with the crew were on time, courteous and professional throughout the entire design and install, complete with follow up. Very pleased overall!

  Very unprofessional. They do not explain anything about how to maintain their work and when you ask them they patronize you and expect you to have unlimited time to tend to their mediocre work. Replaced the landscaping they did with another company that looks much better and way more pleasant to talk to

  My parents have used this company in the past for work in their backyard in Firethorne Country Club and they highly recommended Bill and his team for the issues I was having regarding drainage in my backyard. Not only did Bill do a great job squeezing me in to get my concerns address asap, but his team was prompt and extremely thorough and got the job done in just one visit! Prior to hiring Ground Control of Carolinas, it had been an endless loop of frustration with other companies giving me the run around and not actually being able to fix the issues for about 4 months. After installation, Bill was always readily available to answer any questions I had to ease any further anxieties. Two months later, I can say that the issue has definitely been resolved and I have not had any issues since! So thankful for Ground Control of Carolinas and I highly recommend going with them first to save you from any unnecessary stress!

  Excellent experience with Ground Control. They provided excellent service and the result looks great! In addition to getting our yard back in shape, they helped to solve a years-long issue with drainage around the property. Thanks Ground Control!!

  Bill and his team have been our partners since we built our house in 2022. From the initial full landscaping and irrigation to follow-up projects like backyard hardscape expansion and adding new greenery, they have always delivered for us!
