  I wish I could make it 10 stars!! Matt honed a pair of stylists' scissors that I have used for 30 years. He made them razor sharp—- way better than new! He has the machines, the experience and the expertise to sharpen old and new knives, scissors, shears….whatever….. sharper than you thought possible. Quick turnaround and a pleasure to deal with.   The first time I purchased a dremmel it was great and product and service and everything. Then it dropped and I started having troubles with it. I seen they had a new Gen of the diamond bits and dremmels so I ordered TWO dremmels. Amd have had a lot of problems with them within 2 weeks of having them they never dropped or anything reached out and let them know I prefer the older model dremmel as I am a pet groomer and have been having a lot of issues with the newer ones. He said to just email the pictures of the models I had and I even sent a video of how the newer dremmel was and I have emailed and called and left voice-mail and I have had no response I will NOT be buying from this company again I suggest you don't either. I would have a chain of replies if you replied to the email and I don't have a single one and I called ans left a voice mail and did not hear anything until I put this review I check my emails everyday I also checked spam and junk mail and there was nothing there

  Great service! Fast, efficient, and my tools were in excellent shape. Received beautiful wooden boxes to hold my wide and regular sized blades too. I recommend this service to any pet grooming shop. Also, I had bought a few pairs of pet grooming of scissors from GBF, and after a year of heavy use they are still working well. I depend on them- especially the double thinners- they are great for smoothing out lines and are my most effective scissors.

  Matt is so helpful and punctual. His sharpening is on point ( pun intended) he is on his game with everything and is always so helpful with everything you need. Highly recommend him.

  Truthfully I LOVED the product while it worked... but it worked for six months before it started acting weird, and $100 for a dog nail drill that only works for six months is a mega disappointment! I thought they were going to fix it or mail me a new one because the said they would but then they just stopped responding... losing hope by the day.
