They left my mother in a back room for more than an hour on her previous visit and forgot about her until she just got up and left. They admitted to forgetting about her while having some kind of party. Today 10/14/2025 they are doing it again. I would never ever recommend them for someone I care about. The doctor, Scott Groat, was rude and nasty. Find a better business for eye care for your elderly loved ones.
- MKMehdi KarbasiOct 14, 20253.0The doctors are great and the optical shop people are nice but the service that the optical shop provides is not what I would expect when spending almost $1000 out of pocket for a pair of glasses. They will not call you when your stuff comes in, the quoted range of time to recieve your stuff is never accurate and they generally have no idea or explanation as to why. You will most likely just have to wait for your stuff with no realistic recieving date and you will have to call to see if your stuff is there regardless of if they say they will call you back. Twice they never called me about my glasses and now they have no idea why my replacement frames are not coming in on time nor do they have the ability to find out why. I would go here for eye exams but I personally will personally not be buying my next pair of glasses here if things do not change for the better. - LRLawanda RayJul 29, 20251.0I left in the middle of my appointment d/t the way I was spoken to by Dr Scott Groat. He was rude and he belittled me. I was referred to this office by the er. I had double vision after a cardiac ablation on Friday. I went to the er d/t double vision being a rare occurrence after a cardiac ablation. Everything checked out fine but I was referred to the eye Dr because I had a spot in my vision after the double vision episode. Dr Groat laughed at why I was there for a 10 second double vision episode. I informed him again that I had a cardiac ablation the day before the episode; all of a sudden he said I had a spot in my eye and he wanted to make a referral to a retina specialist. After this he wanted another scan to show me the spot. However, I was so upset I decided to just leave.
