I'll tell you one thing. Best soup of all of great falls. I wish I could remember the girl's name that works there . But she is just the sweetest thing. The other servers as well are awesome to. I try my best to make it to this location at least once a week.

I went here a couple months ago while on vacation and I had the brisket twice because it was so good.

Terrible experience at this sandwich shop. Ordered online and picked up, but the sandwich was completely wrong. We had driven home and noticed the mistake - a "club" sandwich with only meat and cheese on it. We went back to the shop and showed the staff member the sandwich. He looked at us and asked, "What makes you think this isn't a club?" which seemed like a weird and confrontational way to start the conversation. When we explained the issue, he became argumentative and defensive, claiming that whoever took the order did it wrong and that we must have known we had to add the toppings ourselves. However, the online ordering system clearly shows that the sandwich comes as is, with no option to customize or add toppings. It seemed like he was just trying to shift the blame. When I asked for a manager, he said he wasn't sure when one would be in. Another staff member, a male, intervened and told him to just remake the sandwich, which seemed like common sense. After that, a female staff member came over, was super polite and friendly with us, and seemed to be handling the situation. But when she started talking to the staff member who'd made the mistake, her demeanor completely changed. She started speaking loudly enough for us to hear, saying she'd never seen him have attitude with a customer and wasn't afraid to be rude to customers herself. It was clear she was trying to create a scene, and it was jarring given her initial friendliness. We just wanted what we paid for, and it felt like she was looking for a fight. When they finally remade the sandwich, the staff member handed it over and said it was "for free", which felt backhanded and dismissive considering we'd already paid for it and it was just a mistake on their end. The whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional. 1/5 stars.
