  I have used Grimes for about 15 years now, and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with this business. They are courteous, do excellent work, and have rapid response if your unit malfunctions, which is critical in the summer heat. I have recently sold my home, and had them perform a coil cleaning for the new owners. They squeezed me in to fit our schedule, and got the job done with their usual quality. Highly recommend participating in their preventative maintenance program to keep your unit clean and in optimum condition.

  We have been using Grimes services for over 10 years. They are honest , reliable and trustworthy.We have used them for repairs, service, & maintenance and a new installation.Only co. I can say we are 100% satisfied with!! Great employees , thanks for your fine work.

  I had servicing done back in May or June on a unit that is less than two years old, which I purchased from grimes. I had to pay for a significant amount of labor. Recently , one of the parts welded together I was told, and , because I wasn’t in the house it resulted in the unit freezing, the lines freezing, and significant mold emerged . I was told that grimes is not responsible for this. I will be seeking a new provider
