Called customer service because delivery was not made and had 1 hour to go before closing time. Customer service noticed I paid for guaranteed delivery and was willing to refund the fee because driver was running behind. I mentioned I also had the wrong suite #. Told her I would make a deal and if they could revise the suite # I would not expect a refund on my card. Delivery was made on time and flowers are beautiful! Customer service very nice and easy to work. Would highly recommend!
