  Excellent service, Marcia worked with us to get the perfect match with an existing floor. The installers were great, came in on time and had everything cleaned up for us before they left.

  We will never do business with Griffins again! The owner came out & measured our room for carpet. When they brought it out to install, it was 2 feet too short & was not large enough for the room. We talked to the owner, but he refused to give us another piece of carpet that would fit! He told us they would seam two pieces together. We were shocked by his rudeness & the way he talked to us, to fix the problem they created! They cut it too short & a decent business would cut a new piece. We’ve had other issues with them before & they don’t stand behind their own mistakes. We do Not recommend doing business with this company!

  Good knowledge, smiling faces, sit down face to face with you not over some desk. Perhaps best floor service and home visit, for new flooring sample and such. Good job folks
