- JJJoeMar 24, 20251.0Improper signage. Nobody is on the same page. Appointment time only, even if it's a drop and hook. If you show them your paperwork early, they will delay your appointment by 2 hours for no reason.

Arrive at 1830 for a 1900 appointment, only just now getting a door at 2100 and the guy that unloads them saw me backing in and ran away somewhere for a even longer wait. Checked in at the other building, guy said the yard jocky will let me know when to back in, then gets mad at me and say you can't stay here all night chose a door and ran off...HUH?🤔 no instructions or nothing. So I just went to the door where the other paper roll driver came out of. We'll excuse me for showing comon courtesy. If yall don't like taking roll stock STOP ORDERING THEM

You can also find a spot in the gravel lot and just chill. Also before you back up into he dock you have to back in before you get to the gate or they show you how.
