I am sorry I had to write this and was trying to avoid writing this review if they made it right. But let's me explain. They had a thunderstorm back in Aug 13 2025. When I got there i was first in line. I was told to back in the door and wait. By the time i backed into the door it wasn't flooded as yet. I seen the water was rising at the bottom was about 4 inches from the trailer tire and it was at an angle. So I went to one of their open door and called for someone to unload me. They called and say they will be right with me. 30 mins went by now the water is up by my drives about half way and rising. Again I got out and went to the side and now I was being ignored. It's like they see you but ignoring you. I went to the front of the building and there was a person waiting for his ride. So he went in to get someone and came back out about 4 mins later saying they are going to unload me. I told him the water is rising very quick. By the time I went back to the truck the water was already at the bottom of the APU. Their red light came on meaning that they were going to unload me. Did you know 3 of their I guess they were workers and probably a supervisor stayed from the dock over from me and start recording and posting it on their social media. All they were concerned was to document and share and text whoever they were texting. I am standing in the water yelling saying hey someone going to unload me. The lady that was there was saying are you that truck in the dock. I said yes. Remind you over an hour I been here trying to get unloaded. They still there standing taking pictures and talking I post one of their videos that they took. It isn't clear because he had an apple iPhone and I have an android. Finally came to me and I kept on telling them please unload me because its getting worst. I can't drive off because its red. Do you know the woman was more concerned about going home and coming back so they can unplug the sewer. I am looking at the woman and saying to myself do yall see the position I am in and you worrying about getting overtime. Then they all still taking videos and pictures and texting and posting it on social media. I am standing there watching them. And parents always taught me to control my emotions when other people dont care about what's going on and putting you in a situation. Get this then the person who is suppose to come unload me comes out talking. I said hey man are you guys gonna unload me. He said yes but kept on talking while the lady worrying about overtime. So he goes back in and I am thinking he is going to unload me. I am not seeing the trailer moving up and down and another 6 to 7 mins goes by. Yall guess what? I went into the plant and I seen this man on the other dock taking pictures and there chit chatting. I made a hand jester to come on dude dont you see what I am in. He point with his finger indicating one sec one sec. Now I am pissed in side but yet I never disrespected any of their staff. I know yall reading this and saying if that was me I leave or cuss them out. I couldn't cause I was hooked second I didn't cause I am not that person. So check this one out. A 2nd forklift driver comes out parked outside and started video recording and taking pictures and I seen him posting it on his social media. I am looking at him saying really bro. I ask him are you gonna help him take the load off my truck. He was like he is unloading you. Yall I had to walk away. I think I was being tested. I had to call my wife so she can calm my nerve. The picture I took was when he decided to unload me. By then the water was half way to the Apu and up to half way to my steer tire. One of the guys whisper to me you should sue them cause they have money. Man I wasn't even thinking about that I was just thinking of my APU cause that was 14k. I am an owner operator and I am responsible for everything on my truck. The lady was out there with me and I was trying to get the APU and as soon as she say it wasn't starting she took off and close the door and I was left. They deny to pay me 300 to fix APU

It is literally almost in the name, roll stock delivery is terrible. Grief is all you'll get if you have an appointment time after noon. Nothing like sitting here for 8+ hours on a Friday afternoon when you still have 5 hours to drive home
