I got here ahead of schedule and a day early. Got a door and out by a hour 24 minutes later. Thanks to the workers for great hospitality. They didn’t have to do what they did, but did and I appreciate you for that.

First time delivering here. Wasn't sure about their normal procedures. Some plants, like in Scottsboro AL. recieve loads later in the evening. I asked the man on the forklift where the shipping office was. He told me the wrong place, when I came back to him he stated most drivers drop their trailer in the door and come back in the morning, office personnel comes in 6-630. I came back the next morning a little past 6, I was unsure about their process of just dropping the trailer. I pulled up to the scale house in the back of the property. An older man was sitting behind the desk, I tried to ask him a question and he just held up his hands with 7 fingers, implying 7 o'clock. So I went back and hooked to my trailer and returned to the area and waited till after, then pulled on the scale and walked back to the window. Same man was still there behind the computer doing paperwork. I waited while he ignored me for 15 minutes, talking to another employee who was eating his breakfast. He ignored me too. So I got in my truck, went back up the hill where I had previously dropped my trailer. There was a forklift operater there and I told him what happened. So he calls the guy and he said he had a safety meeting and for me to come back down. So I returned, the guy who was busy eating his breakfast earlier weighed me in. The other guy came back to apologize, but it doesn't cost a anything to be nice to begin with. I'm no different than him, just trying to do a job too. As for the other guy, I bet it's nice to come in and get paid to eat breakfast while ignoring customers!
