I have been coming here for all my lab work, X-rays and ultra sounds and have always been treated very kind. The staff is very pleasant and efficient. They make you feel comfortable when you’re at ease. Great place to go!

My husband was a patient here, he was in pain and took the providers a couple exams to find out that his appendix did rupture And for every radiology exam, they made him to go to the front and pay in advance when he couldn't even walk. I work in healthcare, and appendicitis can be diagnosed with a manual exam. I understand that they'd like to confirm with another exam, but no more than two. It's completely unprofessional to make the patient pay in advance when they're in pain and can't even talk. Why couldn't they send the bill to our home or send someone to his room to help him with the payment? I wonder what would have happened if he hadn't had the money?

I was under the weather and called to make an appointment. My actual appointment with the Nurse Practitioner went very well. It was just the administrative aspect that was frustrating. Since I hadn’t been in years, I was considered a new patient. That’s fine, but the lady that scheduled me told me my appointment was at 10am. Later that day, a different person called to confirm and left a message that my appointment was at 10:45. I was confused and called to clarify. Another lady informed that I could arrive around 10:20 to fill out the new patient paperwork. That was irritating because there’s no reason to request a person arrive 45 minutes ahead of time for paperwork. When I arrived, my paperwork was done at 10:30. I was called back at 10:50 to pay my copay. Then I waited and waited until I was finally called back at 11:30. I was finished by 12 and directed to the check out desk. I waited and waited while the lady took phone calls to schedule appointments. She then had to check the guy out ahead of me and it took her forever to schedule him another appointment. 5 minutes later, I handed her my paper and walked out the door. It made no sense for me to stand there for so long if I didn’t need to do anything else.
