  My family has bought appliances and TV's since Malcolm ran it. I liked supporting a local business. I bought an upright freezer and called to have the insurance added around 5 months after we purchased it. Freezer broke at 3 years one month. Found out that they never put our insurance through and we are out of luck. They even had in their notes I was planning on getting the warranty before the manufacturer’s warranty ran out.

  I was relieved to find the sales associate didn’t attempt to direct me towards more expensive mattresses. She genuinely wanted to help me find the mattress that worked for my back. The delivery crew were helpful & good natured despite the awful heat & humidity of the day. I’d recommend this business without hesitation.
