Communication was great, and the gentlemen that came to the house to asses what needed fixed, and also conducted the maintenance was professional and very respectful. The only reason 3 starts was selected was because the problem was not fixed. We still have the primary bedroom in our home very very hot. The problem was not fixed unfortunately.
