  Don’t use these guys because they never ever get back with you for service, apparently they just want to sell you a tractor.

  I recently got a 2021 John Deere 120 model. Mowed a 1/2 acre with it. And the belt had came off and shredded during that short time.. I expected better with a John Deere for the price I paid. I called and talked to customer service. I was told they would pick it up in the next three days. After I've already waited 6 weeks for the mower. Then they told me it may or may not be covered under warranty. It's unbelievable I only have owned the mower for 2 hours and to have this happen.
