Great place and even better customer service!!!! Highly recommended
Bought a mower, had a small warranty concern when they dropped it off, no big deal. Well, the service department never reached out.
Until one day, a new service manager calls me and lets me know he has been reviewing old repair orders and found mine that was never completed. He setup someone to come to my house and compete it, and apologized for the delay.
5 stars for their service manager.

Trevor in parts is phenomenal! He was very kind and helpful. I will definitely be referring to green mark for any of my John Deere needs.

Had a service call for my LX570 and 170 today. They didn't start this spring and I didn't have time to deal with it, so I mowed 1.26 acres with my dad's old Snapper...great exercise, but it's getting warmer.
I called Greenmark to set to an appointment to bring them out. Lo and behold, THEY MAKE HOUSE CALLS!!!
James stopped out today and got them up and running. Really fantastic service, and I learned a lot about my ancient lawn tractors. Kater (170) and Solomon (LX570) are up and running and each got 1/3 acre in today. I'm beyond happy.
Thanks James, and thanks to the service department at Greenmark! Can't wait until my grass grows again! Hurray!

Knowledge is important when you are a customer with a loaded notepad full of questions and counter person has the answer to most of them. I actually have respect for people who are smart enough to say, "I don't know!" Let's find out. Love this place, I drove there from Hartford for sharpening files for my saws. Got the right ones and no hastle. TY GreenMark..
