  The majority of the negative experience associated with this purchase was primarily directed towards John Deere Financial. This has undoubtedly been one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever encountered when purchasing an item, let alone a new riding mower. I had traded in a nearly brand-new Badboy zero-turn mower that I owned. My intention was to purchase a John Deere X570. I informed them that I desired $4,500 for my trade-in. However, they offered me only $3,500, which was the amount I still owed. Reluctantly, I agreed to the terms. All the necessary paperwork was signed, and the mower was delivered. I was able to mow half of my lawn with the new mower. After the weekend, I received an email from John Deere Financial in Knox requesting additional information, specifically the loan I had originally obtained to purchase the zero-turn mower. It is important to note that my trade-in was financed through an unsecured loan and was fully paid for in cash. John Deere Financial requested a document from my bank confirming that the loan I had taken out was for the mower. This request seemed unnecessary, but I complied. They were unwilling to pay me directly or to the financial institution without providing more documentation, despite the fact that there was no lien on the trade-in and it had been fully paid for in cash. A receipt was provided. Despite these facts, John Deere Financial still required additional information that was impossible for me to provide, leading them to come back today to pick up the mower and return my zero-turn mower. This situation is utterly absurd. I will never recommend John Deere Financial or this particular location again, as while John Deere may have been unreasonable, this could have easily been resolved if the manager had chosen to act appropriately. As you can clearly see the motor I was trading in was like new.
