Great customer service. Friendly and competent.
After spending $4200 to fix a front end leak on my jd 4400 tractor, I brought it back 3 times to Kent City and it still leaks. I was told there was nothing else they could do without me paying more $. No more John Deere go me.

’m writing to express my concerns regarding my recent experiences at your dealership, which I have frequented for years. Historically, your service has been exceptional, but unfortunately, I have noticed a decline in the quality of service in my most recent visit.
I attempted to contact the service department multiple times but was met with no answer or follow-up calls. When I visited in person to schedule service, I was informed that there would be an extended wait time and that there was little that could be done to accommodate my needs at that moment.
Additionally, I noticed that I did not recognize anyone in the service department. It seems that the turnover has impacted the quality of service, which is disappointing. As a result, I have made the tough decision to take my business to Four Seasons.
I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that improvements can be made, as I would love to see your service department return to its former reputation.
