I was contacted by GreenMark about needing to have a recalled part replaced. They sent a gentleman out and it was an excellent experience. Months later I went to engage the mower and nothing happened. I called and they sent a person out on the SAME DAY and had it working in no time. I write this review because of their excellent service but also to let folks know they also care about us that do not farm for a living. Thank you GreenMark!

Took my mower in to have them check the PTO $1100 later it is still not fixed they act as if it's my fault for not saying it needs a new clutch, which went completely bad. Done for good. So in all fairness I would like to update my review. Yes I was unhappy with my service, but I was also contacted by the regional manager. He was very knowledgeable about the product and took my concerns seriously. So 5 stars for service. Mistakes happen, it is how they get fixed that is important. So I will give it a try again if I need my mower serviced.
