Any and all hazardous materials such as your cleaning products, chemicals, paints, engine oils, anything liquid etc. These items cause box damage and are not accepted at our landfills. *Addtional charges will be assessed for these items.

Ultimately, this will depend on the type of material you place in the dumpster as the weight of the loaded dumpster cannot exceed 27,000 pounds. In addition (regardless of weight), debris cannot extend above the sides of the dumpster. In other words, the dumpster can only be filled to “level.” Our drivers will not pickup boxes with leaning debris on the side of the dumpster over with items hanging over side. The driver will note these items in their logs and send photos back to office as reference. Addt'l fees will be charged if driver to has to make an addt'l trip for proper pickup of the dumpster. Every dumpster has a FILL LINE on them. In order to safely load and haul them on our roadway and to avoid fines from law enforcement on the trucks/drivers, dumpsters should not be filled past this marker. If our driver shows up and dumpster are over filled, they may result in a number of conclusions such as: -Non pickup and an addt'l fuel charge -Addt'l debris charge -Someone on site taking the time to remove before loading

Two Weeks, if you need to keep the dumpster for a longer period of time an additional $100/per week will be applied.

For residential Dumpsters, a valid credit card on file is required to pay for all current and future dumpsters ordered. Your credit card will not be charged until delivery of your box is complete. For commercial dumpsters, a valid credit card on file is required to pay for your initial dumpster order (billed upon delivery), however, for all future orders you will receive an Invoice.
