  Worst move of my life. They used AI to answer my questions and when AI confirmed that I had changed my move in date the office never saw it and got the wrong date. By the time they got movers to me we missed the window I had scheduled the loading dock, the drivers took 2 hours to drive 1 hour distance, and THEY BROKE AN ANTIQUE LAMP. I payed, waited a day to cool down and called the company to talk to someone and got called, verbatim, “a lair”. I expect moves to have bumps and be frustrating but it was thing after thing with them and they took responsibility for none of it. I heard about them through a coworkers and maybe at one point they were okay but I would not work with them after this AI incident. Give your business to a company with real people, or at least one that owns up to their mistakes using AI.

  I had the best experience with them! I had a sofa that wouldn’t fit through the doorway, and they disassembled it, and then reassembled it in my apartment. They were easy to communicate with, scheduled me quickly, and gave me a fair and reasonable quote — and were so friendly throughout the process!

  This company is fantastic! They arrived on time, and they wrapped all of our furniture in heavy blankets with tape. Polite, efficient, and not one thing was damaged. The Price was exactly what was quoted- no hidden charges! I highly recommend them!!!!

  The team that came was professional and worked efficiently and clean. They did an amazing job fitting everything into the container and cubed it out perfectly. I would highly recommend this company.
