  Very disappointing level of service. This company fails to communicate in a timely manner. After two failed attempts to get service, I have cancelled my account with this company. In the first attempt, I was told by Maria that I would have the service delivery confirmed the day before the delivery so that I could manage time away from my work. I never recieved a call the day before as promised, and then on the day of delivery I get a phone call that they are on the way and I am over an hour away at work. We rescheduled for the following week. I took off work and was told they would be there on that day. At 5 minutes before 5 pm, no one had come and no one had called. I called the company and was told that they had run into difficulty at another job, but I would have never known that the day of the promised service except that I called them myself. They offered to reschedule (again!) for a third time. There is not a great regard for the time of their customers and there is poor follow through on promised or expected communications. They used to be a reliable business but not anymore. Very disappointing.

  Terrible company. I want Menz back!!! 1st thing they did is tell us we had to move our tank. It was by a non residential all metal building, now it is next 4 feet from our bedroom window and right next to our driveway, not only does is scare me having it there it is a terrible eyesore! I had to help the tank mover and supply leveling stones. He did not bury the gas line so now it runs over our sidewalk. They said the move would be free, then I had to fight the bill for months. I called the gas commission they didn't care.

  When green's propane took over, they told me I had a balance forward from the previous company. They are unable to provide any detailed records. I would not recommend these people at all!

  Been trying for over 6 weeks to have 500 gallon tank installed. Told the 28th of Jan. Well now we are into Feb a good 10 days. Call today, told not doing new install. The new owner Joe is a liar tells his workers he called me. Did not happen! Tried to deal with but forget it.
