  What a terrible experience purchasing a tree to use for a memorial for our dog. When purchasing this dog wood we were told it looks rough because it had just gone through a frost, we were given no help when trying to load it in the vehicle and after 2 months in the ground only half the tree recovered from the “frost”. After reaching out to them about the issue I was told they had a number of customers with the same issue and they must have gotten a bad batch of trees… however since they didn’t plant it it’s basically not their problem. It took over two weeks after my initial call to get a call back and another 2 weeks to get someone to come take a look to once again be told since they didn’t plant it it’s not their problem. Well being sold a half dead tree is their problem regardless of who planted it. Don’t waste your time or money here… the prices are very high compared to other places in town and the customer service is not worth the headache

  Passed by this place for years always thinking I’d stop in sometime... Looking for a gift and dropped in out of desperation! What a joy! Margaret and Patrick were awesome! We liked some of the preplanted items displayed but it wasn’t just the thing. Instead of having to settle, they let us totally customize our gift, planted it for us on the spot and it was ready to go in a snap! We’ll definitely be back!

  Excellent selection of perennials. Found some very hard to find plants at a reasonable price. The staff was helpful and offered to order other plants that I was looking for. Way better than local corporate chains! My new spot for gardening without a doubt.
