We work 6 days a week and don’t limit our ability to answer the phones to normal work hours. He did a phenomenal job throughout the inspection by explaining exactly what he was doing, what he was looking for, and answering detailed questions to put my mind at ease. Great service, detail oriented, and extremely knowledgeable. Regarding the scheduling, Cam was quick, efficient, and dedicated to help. From start to finish, Green Machine made sure I was taken care of. I will certainly be using them for all my pest control needs.
- PPPacky Paulsob6 days ago5.0Garrett Murdock was the inspector! I would personally describe him as a great inspector! And we will promptly fire the inspector of the other company. If it wasn't for Garrett he found termites in our ceiling. The other inspector "would not" even look in the ceiling " because termites live in the ground" was his answer....I know they live in the ground....but if the inspection wasn't complete 🤔 which it wasn't... he missed the tubes that went to the upstares (God Bless him)!! We love you Garrett!!!!!!

Each year worse than before and yes…live ones inside our home from May - October even finding one in December last year. That was it! We had our same pest control for several years, at three different houses, lots of promises, and I was just done. We’ve used several well-known pest control companies here in the valley. Nobody has ever been able to eliminate the scorpions until Green Machine with their scorpion program. And I was completely ready to cash in on their moneyback guarantee, but quite literally we made it through the entire summer and have not seen one live scorpion or even one dead scorpion inside or outside! What a blessing!
- KJKarl JungelOct 26, 20255.0Erik (The Red...lol) and Garrett first came out to assess the termite activity we have had since the heavy rain. They were engaging and very knowledgeable about ALL pest control, not just termites. They were both fun to work with, and show around the house. I am a Vet with disabilities, so I even got a discount for that! Price came in where I thought it should be and so we finalized the process and set up a date to come out. The next step was to have someone actually do the work. So on T-Day ( termite demolish day) another Eric came out (Eric Vejar) to be point man on this patrol.....hahaha He was extremely polite and spent several hours battling the termites before he came back to base camp VICTORIOUS!!!!! I will have this company holding back the enemy (termites) for a verrrrrrry long time. It is and will continue to be a PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.... Karl
- JHJudy HorbeltOct 24, 20255.0Alex and Eric done a terrific job of explaining how the termite job will be done and what all is required to do the job in order to make sure the termites don’t come back.Gabe was the technician that came out to do the termite job and he was very nice and understood how the termites were coming in and he was able to get the job done. The cleanup was like he wasn’t even there. I’m pleased with all the people at Green Machine that helped me out. I will definitely let others know about Green Machine.Thanks
