Came in yesterday with my family, everyone was SO nice, all the front end ladies were sweet, the main man that met us and told us which bud tender to go to was SO nice! BUT….. the bud tender LIZ (Elizabeth) was beyond rude, acted like we were waisting her time, seemed to brush our questions off, any questions we had about strains she said we can find all info on the iPad and then would look away, she didn’t add one of the products we had asked for either, all around she had horrible customer service and I definitely recommend NOT going to her as a bud tender… We drove 4 hrs in hopes of finding good products but left kinda scared we didn’t get what we wanted since we really didn’t have much help… 10/10 for everyone else that worked there though!

Quick and easy, staff was a bit off....guess they take "just a job" seriously. Just "order#", "quot; "here" and go. But, then again, I wasn't there for conversation... just something fun...they didn't look like they were having ANY fun.

Well, buckle up. We took a drive up to Cherokee to see the Great Smoky Mountain Cannabis Company, and let me tell you, I had to check my toolkit at the door.

I walked in, and the first thing I noticed was the build quality. This is a world-class facility. It's clean, it’s professional, it's brighter than a halogen work light. This isn't some shoddy, thrown-together project. You can tell they invested in top-shelf materials.

The team they've assembled is just outstanding. They are professionals. I’m talking friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to educate. They assign you a guide! It’s like having a personal project manager for your... well, for your project. They look you in the eye, they explain the specifications on every single item, and they make sure you’re making a smart, informed decision. That is A+ customer service. That is integrity.
And the inventory... my goodness. This is what I call a "seed-to-sale" operation. They’re not just selling the product; they’re manufacturing it. They’ve got flower, they’ve got edibles, they’ve got topicals. The level of curation here is just top-notch. It's a well-oiled, vertically integrated machine.
This is a serious, professional, and well-managed establishment. They’ve built something solid, safe, and truly impressive. This place gets a firm handshake. Solid as a rock.

Great Smoky Mountain Cannabis Company has a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff, but I was surprised to see some recent reviews mentioning a drop in quality. I’ve always had good experiences, though it’s disappointing they don’t carry many (or any) true sativa options. Still, it’s worth checking out for its local charm and solid customer service.

This place was like if there was a gift shop at weed world theme park.
We just went there this past Saturday 10-18-2025 to celebrate my wife and my 17th wedding anniversary and it was awesome.
We had Raymond as our bud tender and he was a delightful young man.
The disposable cart we got “grape galaxy” is really tasty and hits hard.
The flower we got is the strongest indica they had per Raymond the strain is Jelly Roll but they call it First Fire.
It is really good flower.
It was a super fun experience and we will be back.
