And the underside has longer bits poking longer than the top layer. I only asked for a straight trim and face parts around my chin. The face part was cut to my eyes . And she said only an inch needed to come off. She cute about 2 inches on the left and one on the right. And my hair was so tangled when I left it was bad. I paid to be nice but i should not have. And I dont want her to fix it or I’ll have no hair left

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
