- GAGenesis A2 days ago2.0The name on my receipt was Samantha so I assume that’s who cut my hair. She was extremely rough with my head. She yanked the comb through my hair and was supper rough. I even yelped after I started getting a headache and she still was rough after saying sorry. I have never gotten headache from anyone doing my hair. The worst part of this is that she cut my bangs to short and ruined the shape of my bangs. I asked for her to trim my bangs to my eyebrows. Before they were face framing and shaped my face. Now they are straight across and way to short, half an inch above my eye brows. I have gone to a great clips near my house and they did great but here was awful.

And she is the only one I will let cut my hair and sons anymore .unfortunately the time before that was horrible the stylist that cut my hair I can't remember her name but the manager knows because we talked about it was absolutely horrible not only did she go in and I outside 3 times to get her dog to bring inside for water then back out to her car she had messed my hair up so bad I explained to her so many times how I wanted it and she just would not listening she was going around a hundred miles a hour making no sense whatsoever im glad she didnt cut my son's hair . Manager amazing the stylist that the manager knows who cut my hair the time before absolutely terrible . Im sorry but sometimes people have to speak up and this is one of those times the manager the building all the other stylist besides the one are professional and on point and very nice 5 starts for all them zero for the other one

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
