- KBKatie BowkerOct 14, 20251.0Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! If my stylist was in fact licensed, I have no idea what online website he purchased it at because he had not one clue on how to cut hair. I printed off a picture of what I wanted (was a cut I previously had a few years ago) and advised it needed to be stacked longer at the top going down. This man butchered my hair. It is so bad that I cried for two hours straight afterwards and almost got the clippers out to shave my entire head. Seem dramatic? Well that’s an honest reaction to seeing what was left of my hair. My poor husband didn’t even know what to say to make me feel any better. He was just shocked at how uneven it was and how badly chopped up the back was…which I didn’t even know was as bad as it was because I can’t see the back of my head. I urgently recommend you look elsewhere if you care how your hair looks. The only thing that stylist cared about was rushing home to his girl who called him while he was cutting my hair. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
- SSStephenSep 15, 20251.0Boys' Haircut - called to see if they could accommodate my child, who is autistic. They assured me they had a stylist who would be able to accommodate this request. Pros: Clean salon, friendly service Cons: Awful haircut, no proper accommodations for autistic individuals even though we were assured The stylist seemed inexperienced. She seemed like she was trying to get through the haircut as fast as possible. Asked for shorter length on sides and a little off the top - got one number/guard across my son's entire head, lined up poorly, and a scratch on the neck from how quickly she was going with the trimmer. Used a cape so small that hair was getting all over my son. She was using the water mister haphazardly, getting water everywhere. Although they stated they accommodate autistic individuals, the stylist lacked patience and awareness. Overall, the haircut was handled with the sensitivity of a dog groomer, and even that might have been better. We will have to go elsewhere to get this haircut salvaged. Would not recommend.
