- ASAustin SmithOct 26, 20251.0Went in to have my hair fixed from a previous visit, had to let my hair grow out for 2 months, had a girl named Jazmine did a good job fixing it 3 weeks ago was continuing to let it grow on top some more, i didn't get the name of the person who cut it yesterday but she left a crown of longer hair on the back and a ridge of longer hair on 1 side and to top that off she only trimmed around 1 ear, didn't trim any of my front hair line and when I got home I was pretty upset. and what's funny is the whole conversation we had while I was there was how a employee had messed my hair up a couple of months ago. Lol I'll never be going back to this location. I'm pretty upset that I could have done a better job at home in the mirror with my beard trimer Lol I literally had to trim around my ear anyways. Lopsided, poor quality and today I'm going to attempt to have another place fix it. So my hair that just needed a trim will now have cost me about 50 dollars. spent an hour waiting, and it took her less than 10 minutes to cut it that already made me some what suspicious, she answer the phone twice while cutting obviously party of the reason it was so messed up. Lol my hair is ridiculously bad, I can not embellish that enough. One side is literally almost half a inch longer making my whole head look odd shaped. I usually don't leave reviews but this is bad enough and happened multiple times now and I'm assuming it's been the same person both times it warrants the 1 star. Lost a good routine easy customer and gained a 1 star review

Kid friendly, the lady listened and did exactly the cut asked in good timing. Gave out lollipops for the haircut. Excellent customer service, excellent haircut, excellent attitude and attention. Will stick to this pace. Will be back for myself and other child later. First time I don't have to have my husband fix a cut just paid for. Thank you! 😊

All the staff that were working at 2pm to 3pm today (September 14, 2025) doesn't have the energy to work anymore. According to them it's a cut and leave kind of place but previous great clips that we went too are not built like this. Don't bother showing the photo of the cut that you like, it's the photo that they have to follow. Adding photos to this comment will only show the cuts that are made without proper training. They should know better.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
