The lady asked me if I whanted a buzz cut insted I of course keept saying just split ends she then asked "just an inch" I said sure couse at least thats close to what I wanted and then she keep trying to cut lower. As soon as she started cutting i knew it was over. I've never had a worse haircut! When I got home I had to shave my head. Why would you even ask me questions if you are ganna ignore my answers. If you have long curly/frizzy hair dont think for a second this is where you should go. Im sorry for being so upset but I cant believe I waited and paid to have someone do me so dirty. Im so disappointed of what you did and ashamed of what I have left.

- AJAlysha Ramos JohnsonAug 10, 20255.0I stopped by this location on my way to wild waves to take my son to get his hair cut, I’m from port angeles and there isn’t a lot of salons in my small town that aren’t super expensive and have great customer service skills, especially when it comes to a 6-year old boys hair cut. I checked in on line and as soon as we got in, my son was at the top of the list- and it took a minute or two to get him in a chair and ready for his cut. Kristen, (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) was his stylist and she did absolutely AMAZING, not only with the cut but talking with my son the whole time, and keeping him still the whole time. We’ve had experiences where stylists have not had the patience to handle an energetic 6-year old, and have been really rude with him. But Kristen was perfect and as soon as we walked out my son even told me, “I really liked her, she kept me entertained the whole time so I could sit still.” The hour and a half drive to this specific location may just become the new normal to us for him to get a hair cut. Thank you Kristen for making my boy look handsome & being so amazing with him! ❤️

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
