- EEEmSep 19, 20251.0This was meant to be a trim with some feathering at the ends, so it wouldn't be a blunt, straight cut. Instead, I got the most uneven haircut I've ever seen. The cut was two inches shorter than I asked for, with random chunks taken out, and an unexplainable slant from right to left. I told the stylist, Leslie, that I hadn't cut my hair in a couple of years due to my anxiety about it being messed up. My hair, which was just above my butt, is now just past my shoulders. I lost years of growth trying to fix her mess, and it's still full of uneven chunks. My only option to get rid of them is to cut it to my shoulders... the last photo is after it was "fixed". I appreciate the woman who did everything she could to fix it, but it doesn't change the fact that it will take three or four years for my hair to grow back to where it was.

I would say it’s always about 75% of the time if I think they did a good job or not and then someone gave me a sport clips coupon for Christmas and found out they do way better men’s haircuts. No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
