When I sat down, she started to get on her phone then put a AirPod into her ear and then continued to go back onto her phone. While cutting my hair, she was unprofessional by dancing to her music along with singing in my ears. Her work station was very unsanitary. She was also aggressive with cutting my hair. She uses her kids clippers instead of owning another pair for work. The same pair of clippers she was using was causing minor pain because it has some kind of damage to actual blade. When I was paying, she immediately said it was $20 and she wasn’t even near the register. I asked for a receipt because I disgusted on how she was towards me. And she handed me the receipt with an attitude and walked away. Do not get your haircut with this stylist. She works at the Michigan City location. She’s very rude.

She has a special way of helping me find the best style for my hair type. I tried to cut my bangs and messed them up. She fixed the mistake and my hair looks so cute! Both times, she and the same co-worker were working by themselves. Her co-worker (don't know her name) does not disappear in the back room, she always stays up front and covers the phone and greets walk ins. They are both wonderful ladies and I leave smiling. The parking lot has new blacktop and is like new. Thank you for being amazing!

Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
