I drove over 20 miles and as I walked in, there were three women working the front counter. They rudely told me that the coupon I had was only for the weekend and there is nothing they can do. No where on the coupon does it give an expiration date and when I clicked “Learn More”, it allowed me to get on the waiting list. I will never be going to ANY Great Clips again because of this experience.

I was told they were too busy to shampoo my hair. Shampoo is a service they offer, right? I'm a paying customer just like others are. It happened today 6/30/25 at 4:55 pm. I didn't get the girls name. I'm shocked I was turned away. It's clearly posted on their service board. I notice when salons are busy, so I would have told whoever would have washed my hair not to worry about drying that I would do that myself since they were busy but never got the chance. Not very professional. I'll never go back nor any of my family that visits this great clips. We'll drive an extra 20 minutes to the great clips on wendover near Costco. They would never turn anyone away. I really want the owner of this salon to read this. I tried to find the owners contact info to let them know what happened but couldn't find any info.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
